Granville at 70^th development is developed by Westbank and general contracted by Icon West Construction Corporation. This development includes 1 commercial building and 3 residential buildings. Building 1 is Safeway building.  Building 2 and building 3 are high rise residential towers, consisting of 19 storeys and 14 storeys respectively. Building 4 is a middle rise residential condom building with 8 storeys. It follows LEED GOLD standards.
