Kiwanis Garden Village

Kiwanis Garden Village project includes two wooden framed buildings, Cypress and Terrace, following LEED Silver standards. This project was developed for seniors housing and was general contracted by Vanmar Constructors Inc. Cypress has 63 units in a four-storey building and Terrace have 78 units in a five-storey building.
